HPC Resources in EBRAINS

EBRAINS provides access to high-performance computing (HPC) and storage services at leading European supercomputing and data centres. Researchers can run EBRAINS software at our partner HPC sites, ensuring they have the computational power necessary to drive forward their groundbreaking work.

HPC Resources Available for EBRAINS 2.0

  • CINECA: Galileo100
    • 3 million core-hours for EBRAINS members (developers) only
  • JSC: JUSUF Cluster
    • Core-hours available according to availability for all EBRAINS users

Available through at least December 2026.

How to Apply for HPC Resources

Applying for HPC resources for both clusters (Galileo100 and JUSUF) is straightforward and requires only a technical review. Use the provided template and send it to base-infra-resources@ebrains.eu.

Further HPC Resources

Available through at least December 2026.

In most cases, a prerequisite for national calls is that the PI be affiliated with an academic institution located in the same country as the hosting site.
